How to Use (By Dr. Brandon)

Master the Relief

01

Check Roller Position

If the knobs touch the back of your head, it's too high. Push the massager downward until it sits firmly on the neck.

02

Neck, Not Skull

Wiggle upward until the large rollers grip the neck muscles. Avoid the bony base of the skull to prevent hair burn.

03

The Psoas Release

Bend your knees to relax the lower back. This helps you breathe deeper and increases the massage intensity.

04

Rhythmic Breathing

Inhale steadily. Let the oxygen reach the deep tissues to facilitate a faster tension release.

05

Neck Lengthening

Subtly stretch your head upward during the session. This creates space in the joints for maximum decompression.

06

Stop the Slide

If the device catches your hair, you've slid too far. Reposition onto the traps immediately for safety.

07

Trap Compression

Guide the massager into the upper shoulder muscles (traps) for that signature deep-tissue relief.

❌ Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Avoid the occiput base.
  • Don't slouch into the device.
  • No forceful downward pressure.
